SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are in the UK and we will carefully package and deliver to the customer. We use the Royal Mail delivery service, if you place an order on Monday to Friday we will work as fast as we can. All the shipping time will be based on the Royalmail timetable.
Uk shipping is free delivery, as for international shipping, please contact our customer email: info@pearlsbyfang.co.uk before you order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are confident our jewellery is carefully selected and we try to make you happy with it. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewellery then you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund by letting us know within 7 days of receipt.
Please note:
1. The return policy can only work for the goods if they have a quality problem when you recived package, for the other damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse will not be included. Also due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
2. Pearlbyfang is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or uninsured packages during the return process.
3. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation in UK, please contact us via email.
Before you return it please email to info@pearlsbyfang.co.uk stating your reasons. The returned goods must be sent to us within 30 days, in their original packaging.
Pearls jewellery will have repair warranty in 6 month, but it does not eligible for the peals itself, especialy deformations and damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, normal wear and tear.
